The FOOD project entered a new phase mid-2025 in collaboration with graphic designer and cook, Lore Snauwaert.

We’re working on the construction of a mobile kitchen, a kinetic infrastructure designed to articulate and adapt to the constraints and potential of any given situation. This mechanism allows for the immediate activation of varied sites.

Sinds midden 2025 is het FOOD-project een nieuwe fase ingegaan in samenwerking met grafisch ontwerper en kok Lore Snauwaert.

Samen werken we aan een mobiele keuken: een kinetische infrastructuur die inspeelt op de randvoorwaarden en het potentieel van elke specifieke context. Dit maakt het mogelijk om uiteenlopende locaties direct te activeren.

EAT THIS was an experimental cooking environment in 019 from 2022 to 2024
From Tuesday to Friday, EAT THIS was the place to be for pizza, take-away street food and lunch. The open kitchen was a meeting place where various food cultures and habits around food are central. The research of visual artist and cook Stephanie Van de Velde took shape in a changing street food menu, workshops, private dinners and collaborations with artists. After a couple of wild years of incubation/fermentation, Eat This finally grew too big for the small restaurant space at 019. Beginning 2025, Eat This moved to Bomastraat 35. EAT THIS was een experimentele kookomgeving in 019 van 2022 tot 2024
Van dinsdag tot en met vrijdag was EAT THIS the place to be voor pizza, take-away streetfood en lunch. De open keuken was een ontmoetingsplek waar verschillende eetculturen en gewoontes rondom eten centraal staan. Het onderzoek van beeldend kunstenaar en kok Stephanie Van de Velde kreeg vorm in een wisselend streetfoodmenu, workshops, privédiners en samenwerkingen met kunstenaars. Na een paar wilde jaren van incubatie/vergisting werd Eat This uiteindelijk te groot voor de kleine restaurantruimte in 019. Begin 2025 verhuisde Eat This naar Bomastraat 35.
