‘The Tender Ears’ at KIEMKRACHT

In het kader van FOODx019 strijkt een mobiele keuken neer op het plein voor het Sint-Lucasziekenhuis.

Op 26.02 en 27.02, telkens van 14:00 tot 18:00, nodigt culinair kunstenaar Aslı Hatipoğlu voorbijgangers uit om even stil te staan of gewoon iets mee te nemen onderweg.

Hatipoğlu creëert een tijdelijke plek voor warmte en ontmoeting. Ze serveert individuele porties bouillon voor een warm moment in de kou, en bereidt handgemaakte wontons gevuld met kruiden, wortels en gefermenteerde ingrediënten.

Je mag je verwachten aan een mobiele keuken met potten vol kruiden, wortels, fermenten en kiemen, dampende bouillons en zorgvuldig samengestelde pakketjes met poëzie om mee te nemen.

As part of FOODx019, a mobile kitchen will settle in the square in front of Sint-Lucas Hospital.

On 26.02 and 27.02, each day from 14:00 to 18:00, culinary artist Aslı Hatipoğlu invites passers-by to pause for a moment or simply take something with them on the go.

Hatipoğlu creates a temporary space for warmth and connection. She serves individual portions of broth for a comforting moment in the cold, and prepares handmade wontons filled with herbs, carrots, and fermented ingredients.

You can expect a mobile kitchen with pots full of herbs, carrots, ferments, and sprouts, steaming broths, and carefully assembled packages of poetry to take away.
