OPEN CALL Studio Graphic Design

Studio Graphic Design offers a program(me) for recent graphic design graduates of LUCA School of Arts and KASK & Conservatorium to re-think and work on the identity of Design Museum Gent.

While Design Museum Gent is closed for renovation, Studio Graphic Design investigates possible identities of a museum today. This happens through collaborative (graphic) experiments, self-initiated projects and in-house commissions.

The members of Studio Graphic Design are ever-shifting and are regularly replaced in an overlapping manner. 019 and Design Museum Gent provide the professional framework to work within.

REQUIREMENTS
+ Graduated between 2021–2024 from LUCA School of Arts and KASK& Conservatorium
+ Parttime for approximately 6 months
+ 500 euro/month (BIS-contract regulations)

Studio Grafisch Ontwerp biedt een programma aan voor pas afgestudeerde grafisch ontwerpers van LUCA School of Arts en KASK & Conservatorium waarin de identiteit van Design Museum Gent wordt herzien.

Gedurende de renovatie en uitbreiding van Design Museum Gent, onderzoekt Studio Grafisch Ontwerp de identiteiten die een museum kan aannemen. Experiment, zelf geïnitieerde projecten en interne opdrachten staan centraalmet als doel verschillende (grafische) identiteiten te onderzoeken.

De leden van Studio Grafisch Ontwerp worden op regelmatige basis afgewisseld. 019 en Design Museum Gent bieden een professionele omkadering doorheen het proces.

EISEN
+ Afgestudeerd tussen of in 2021-2024 aan LUCA / KASK
+ Parttime voor ongeveer 6 maanden
+ 500 euro/maand (BIS-contractregeling)
