A tribute to one of the pioneers of the Ghent graffiti scene.
Michaël Bussaer is a graphic designer based in Ghent who is running his own independent studio since 1997. Alongside his studio practice, he teaches graphic design at LUCA School of Arts, Sint-Lucas Ghent since 2002. He also founded, curated and organized the lecture series BoldItalic from 2005 to 2014, an annual event on graphic design with lectures and presentations by international graphic designers/artists.

Michaël Bussaer is een grafisch ontwerper uit Gent die sinds 1997 zijn eigen zelfstandige studio runt. Naast zijn studiopraktijk doceert hij sinds 2002 grafisch ontwerp aan LUCA School of Arts, Sint-Lucas Gent. Hij heeft ook de lezingenreeks Bold Italic opgericht, samengesteld en georganiseerd van 2005 tot 2014, een jaarlijks evenement over grafisch ontwerp met lezingen en presentaties door internationale grafische ontwerpers en kunstenaars.
