MONSTERS is van 7 mei tot 21 juni 2026 elke avond te zien tussen 20 u. en 22.30 u.

Doe je mee? We schreeuwen MONSTERS tot leven. Kanaliseer angst, verdriet, woede en geef ze secondenlang de ruimte. Ze komen in beweging, stromen en lopen, misschien, wie weet, over in nieuwe gedaanten.

Afspraak op 12 juni om 21.30 aan het water, op de Schipperskaai tegenover NEIGHBOR.

Nele Buyst publiceert gedichten en essays. Haar tweede bundel CORPS, poreus (het balanseer, 2024) werd genomineerd voor de Grote Poëzieprijs. Ze werkt aan een proefschrift over het potentieel van esthetische praktijken voor herstel en is verbonden aan het Centrum voor Ethiek van de Universiteit Antwerpen. Ze is redacteur bij rekto:verso.

MONSTERS can be seen every evening from 7 May to 21 June 2026 between 8 pm and 10:30 pm.

Will you join us? We scream MONSTERS into life. Channel fear, sadness, anger and give them space for seconds. They set in motion, flow and perhaps, who knows, spill over into new forms. Gather on 12 June at 9:30 pm by the water, on the Schipperskaai opposite NEIGHBOR.

Nele Buyst publishes poems and essays. Her second collection CORPS, poreus (het balanseer, 2024) was nominated for the Grote Poëzieprijs. She is working on a doctoral thesis on the potential of aesthetic practices for recovery and is affiliated with the Centre for Ethics at the University of Antwerp. She is an editor at rekto:verso.
