Billboard Series Budabrug is een langdurig kunstproject in de publieke ruimte. Elke drie maanden zal een andere kunstenaar een werk tonen. Via wisselende presentaties wil Billboard Series een duurzame en productieve dialoog opbouwen met de omliggende buurt en het stedelijke landschap. De eerste reeks werken in Kortrijk focust op het kunstenaarsportret.

Billboard Series startte aan Dok Noord in Gent en is een project van artlead.net en 019, dat werd ontwikkeld met de steun van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap en Stad Gent. Billboard Series Kortrijk is een samenwerking tussen artlead.net, 019 en Be-Part, Platform voor actuele kunst en werd gecureerd door Thomas Caron, binnen een scenografie van 019. Billboard Series Budabbrug is a long-term art in public space project. Every three months, a different artist shows a new work. Through changing presentations, Billboard Series aims to build a sustainable and productive dialogue with the surrounding neighbourhood and the urban landscape. The first series of works in Kortrijk focuses on the artist’s portrait.

Billboard Series started at Dok-Noord in Ghent and is a project of artlead.net and 019, developed with the support of the Flemish Community and the City of Ghent.
